Vera Rowena (Rodie) Williams

Vera Rowena (Rodie) Williams was called home just before midnight on October 7, 2016. Vera was born to the union of Garrett “Buddy” and Margree Williams on January 25, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri. She lived her entire life in Kansas City. She was baptized. Her primary years, she tended Ste Training #12 and ler gradued from B. W. Shepherd Ste School. Vera did workshop through the Kansas City Regional Diagnostic Center various locions performing several different jobs. She loved getting her paycheck every Friday; th meant … shopping! Ms. Vera loved her baby dolls and stuffed animals. For the most part, she was a quiet and gentle soul, but if she was riled up, she gave you the business plus a few choice words. She loved going to church and playing BINGO! She leaves to mourn, her sister Leola and brother Avery Sr., both of Kansas City; Her parents and youngest brother Nhaniel preceded her in deh; niece Lelani Keon and nephew Garrett (Kristi) Keon also of Kansas City; A host of gre-nieces and gre-nephews, cousins and friends.
