Michael Gaskin Sr

Michael Roy Gaskin Sr. was born August 7, 1984, to Wendell Gaskin Sr. & Patricia Gaskin in Kansas City, KS. The Baby of the family. He received his education from the USD 500 school district. Soon as Michael was old enough in middle school he worked on the *Candy Van*, as an adult Michael worked for Core Slab Construction from 2015-2017. His most recent job was at MWI Vet Warehouse as a forklift operator which he started in 2021 to his untimely passing. Michael believed in the Lord and was baptized by the Late Rev. Lonell Harris at New Light Missionary Baptist Church. He was welcomed into Heaven by Grandparents Rev. Lonell & Frances Harris, Aunties Beverly and Verla, Uncle Myron and Sister Chicoiya Gaskin. Michael married Rosetta Pearson in 2017, to this union no children were born. Michael has two beautiful children whom Rosetta Loves like her own. Ja*Micka Gaskin (Jo*Van) and Michael Roy Gaskin Jr.(Aisha). Michael was a very Loving person who would give the shirt off his back and the change out of his pockets if asked. If Michael couldn't he would find somebody who could. He always had the Biggest Beautiful smile on his face. He couldn't stay on social media, never missed an episode of The Young & the Restless, and was always ready to taste something new at a restaurant. His Greatest joy was being with his family and friends. He leaves his cherished memories to his Lovely Wife Rosetta Gaskin, his only daughter Ja*MickaNekenya and his only son Michael Roy Jr., His Parents; Wendell and Patricia Gaskin, Sisters; Anna, LaTisa (Reggie), Deidra (Booker T) Angel and Starr, Brother; Wendell Jr. A niece who is more like a daughter Diesha (Steven) & a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunties, family and friends. Michael Loved life and everybody in it, he will surely be missed by All that knew him and even crossed his path.
